Mentor Programmes

With the help of mentor programmes across Aarhus University, alumni and students have opened a candid and insightful window into each other’s worlds. Through conversations, mentor and mentee share experiences, challenges and insights. This creates win-win situations and lays the foundation for lifelong, mutually rewarding friendships.

Why should you become a mentor?

As a mentor you have the opportunity to share your knowledge and experiences and help another person both professionally and personally.

Why should you get a mentor?

With a mentor you have an external and "neutral" person to discuss issues with - and through their experiences, you can gain some insight into a particular industry, a certain type of position, (continuing) education, etc. A mentor can also open up his or her own network and share relevant contacts with you.
